Full Plot
Juan's life mission is to automatically generate a miniature copy of the Earth. Something he can keep beside his bed. Something perfectly detailed.
He just wants to enjoy the magnificence of the real Earth by looking at a tiny one.
Juan likes the looks of antique Armillary spheres, and builds some, adding mist around it, and a toy Earth inside it.
He wants to invent a hologram of the Earth. He tries shaping fog, it's hopeless. He adds bits of dust attached to helium, it's a mess.
Juan gives up, starting another project, which results in levitating shapes. He makes a lumpy sphere, but it doesn't stay together.
It takes a 10foot by 10foot room of various chemicals, gasses, and powders to keep the model active.
Juan's model earth is unstable, it scrambles and shocks him. He thinks it might be dangerous and almost throws it out.
An inventor friend named Mara strongly warns Juan the model earth is worth documenting, but that it's an obsessive pointless dream.
Juan uses an older unstable version of the model earth to heat his home, and another version to help him study ocean life and coral reef.
Mara is surprised and worried that Juan has so many little Earth's sitting about the place.
Juan stabilizes the model Earth using air pressure and a plasma shield. He finds out it contains more of Earth's locations than he even knew existed, but it takes a lot of fine tuning. He wonders how his little model Earth has this information. It has something to do with connecting to the real Earth's electromagnetic field and vibrations against gravity itself.
.
Juan's many various earth models help Mara to fix a problem with her medical research. She had spent ten years designing an automated hospital, and many patients were wounded due to an error. Since then she was wary of potential danger.
.
Mara is a female inventor, who often reads about Juan's wacky inventions, robotics, and ocean studies.
.
In past years Juan had traveled the globe, discovering many garden cavern hot springs and enchanting locations, and the tiny Earth of his will record all those locations, and here is the important part…it reveals where far more locations are in the real Earth.
.
Juan and Mara go on some adventures exploring caverns, gardens, hot springs.
.
A robotics professor named Gary, uses Juan's earth as a power source for a military robot named Arty he had long ago designed but never built. Arty gets built to explore places too dangerous for humans to be.
.
Mara's leg gets permanently disabled by the model earth because she took it out of the case and was careless as it became unstable and the vibrations disrupted the nerves in her leg. Professor Gary's exoskeleton leg braces help Mara to walk again. Mara and Gary invent a full body exoskeleton suit for exploring dangerous mines and caverns. Mara loves the extra protection.

What is the Model Earth
* Miniature copy of the Earth, detailed down to the microscopic level.
Basketball size, can vary in size by 5 inches.
* Composed by vibrating air with bits of numerous chemicals. Magnetic metal debris, gasses, plastic dusts, and slivers of glass with math formulas etched into them which are read by lasers. Bits of plant DNA are consumed to keep the model running. Computer code and fractals help to push air vents and cause chemical reactions and formations. The result being a ball of glowing dust, in the exact formation of the actual Earth.
* There is no life on this earth. No people or plants. It's not alive.
* The purpose is to have a nightstand decoration, but it turns out to be a wonderful map.
* The stand has a high power microscope, sending images to a rolled up map Juan keeps in his pocket. He may tweak and edit his Earth from a coffee shop.
* The model Earth can map out real locations because it has a connection to the real Earth's electromagnetic field, gravity, sound vibrations and tremors, air pressure, forms of radiation, mechanical radio waves, and forces unknown.

Meet the Cast
.
* Inventor Juan Avari: American Mexican inventor. Genuine super-genius who doesn't wish to show off.
.
* Inventor Mara Joiva: American medical researcher and hospital renovator. Later in life uses her exoskeleton suit to explore caves.
.
* Gary Lao: An Asian robotics professor and Artificial Intelligence theorist.
.
* Arty: Gary's cavern exploration robot. Biped humanoid form. Resembles a grey plastic manikin, has no facial expressions. Arty's personality is flat and stable. Arty has a safety compartment for his 5 inch companion Mimo.
.
* Mimo: 5 inch tall. Miniature exploration robot. Female. Biped humanoid form. Used for crawling in air shafts and pipes. Glitch-ridden exaggerated personality simulator. Often needs new gears and a mute button.
